The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, organized, and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to help us scale fast. Your mission is to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of independent Agents, while also leading by example and closing business directly.This is a high-impact role with the potential for long-term growth and leadership within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard a commission-based team of independent sales Agents
- Deliver training and coaching to ensure Agents are confident and productive
- Drive daily and weekly sales activity across your team
- Set and monitor individual and team performance goals
- Personally close new client accounts and assist Agents in doing the same
- Provide feedback to leadership on campaigns, messaging, and objections
- Help refine scripts, sales processes, and systems for scale
- Create and maintain a supportive, high-performance sales culture
What We’re Looking For
- A proven sales closer who enjoys leading and developing others
- Organized and results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Experience in remote sales and managing distributed teams (preferred)
- Confident communicator, both one-on-one and in team settings
- Tech-savvy with comfort using CRMs, virtual meeting tools, and cloud-based systems
- Passionate about helping local small businesses succeed
Compensation
- Override Commission: 10%–20% of all sales made by your Agent team
- Personal Sales Commission: Up to 80% commission on your own direct sales
- Performance Bonuses: Earn bonuses for achieving key milestones and growth metrics
- Leadership Growth: Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership or equity role
